Global Chapter Jordan: JoCodes Program - General FAQs What is the Global Chapters Jordan: JoCodes program? This program is part of the strategic partnership between the Governments of the United Arab Emirates and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, delivered through the Government Experience Exchange Office (GEEO) and a testament to the Governments commitment towards developing the workforce of the future leveraging the language of the future: technology. After just 6-7 weeks, graduates of the Global Chapter Jordan: JoCodes program will have foundational digital skills in some of the most in-demand skills: Programming Fundamentals, Data Science Fundamentals and Android Kotlin Developer Fundamentals. How can I enroll in the program? Students do not need to apply; they simply need to enroll themselves in the track of their choice through this link. Can students re-enroll in the same track after finishing it and receiving a certificate? No, students won't be able to enroll in the same track whether they completed it or not. Until when is the initiative available ? The initiative is available till March 30th, 2026. Can I enroll in more than one track through the initiative? Yes, students can enroll in any track they prefer, but we highly recommend to enroll in one track at a time to increase your chances of success. Will you provide us with any kind of career support? Udacity does not provide direct career support as part of this program. How will you contact me? We will contact you via email. So, please make sure to check your e-mail frequently and you will need to use one email for everything during different stages of the initiative. Also, make sure to check your spam folder to see if you received emails from our side. Can I change the email address that I have used to sign-up? You should maintain the email address you used to enroll for the Global Chapter Jordan: JoCodes program initiative for the duration of your entire course in order to maintain eligibility for this scholarship. I have enrolled in the wrong track. Can I withdraw? Unfortunately, there is no withdrawal option. However, feel free to enroll in the course you intended to learn, as students are allowed to enroll in more than one track. But please note that you will be starting the timer on the tracks once you enroll. What is the deadline to complete the track? The track duration is 8 weeks, however you can finish earlier with average of 6-7 weeks. Can I learn the course on my mobile phone? Yes, you can learn the course through your mobile web browser by logging in to https://learn.udacity.com Will I get a certificate after completing the program? Yes. There is a Certificate of Participation (CoP) which you get after completing the track and Certification Assessment. Will the certificates be accredited? and will it have a unique code or serial number? Udacity is a private online education provider that is not accredited by an official institution. However, the Global Chapter Jordan: JoCodes program certificate will be signed by Udacity founder Sebastian Thrun and will contain a unique code that can be later verified for every individual. I have finished all the criteria for the certificate, when can I receive my certificate? and how? Your certificate will be automatically generated once you complete all the requirements of your milestone. You will be provided detailed instructions on how to download your certificate at the end of each milestone inside your Classroom. Please note that once you generate your certificate of participation make sure to download it on your device as it will be replaced by the certificate of completion afterward in the Classroom. How will my name be written on the certificate? Certificates will be issued based on the names provided in your classroom, you can still edit your name if you wish from your Classroom settings. Please make sure that the first name and last name displayed there is the name you would like displayed on your certificate. Kindly ensure that your name is written in English. Your displayed certificate name will not be changeable after graduation.
