FWD Program - Challenger Level FAQs What is the timeline of my level? The content of the challenge level can be completed within 5 weeks from your enrolment date. If you can't commit to this duration, you will have 2 months from your date of enrollment to complete the content of your level and take your final assessment. Please note that failing to take your assessment within the mentioned duration ( 2 months from your enrollment date ) will make you ineligible for entering the final assessment and will not be able to receive a certificate. I feel lost after accessing my classroom, is there any guide to help me? Please watch this tutorial video that will help you get familiar with your classroom. If I got enrolled and need support in my level, who can I reach out to? Please reach out to your tutors and peers on FWD Community who can help and assist you with all technical questions related to your course. You can search for your questions or post them on the FWD Community and the tutors will answer your questions and assist you. How can I use the FWD Community to be able to post my technical questions? If you are enrolled, you can read this tutorial that will help get you familiar with FWD Community. You can also watch this tutorial video. How can I use the FWD Community on my phone? Please follow the steps mentioned in the document here to be able to use the FWD community platform on your phone. If I am facing problems with my freelancing content, who can I reach out to help me? No worries, there will be recorded/live webinars held by the gurus (freelancing experts) who will help you with your freelancing content. Before the day of the webinar, you will receive an email to send your questions so that the gurus can answer the frequent questions in the webinar. You can also get help and support from the Gurus in the FWD community. You can know more details from here. What is the “Final Assessment”? The final assessment is your way to get a certificate of completion for your level. To know more details please visit the “Introduction to the program” part of your course content. Is there a specific period in which I should book the final assessment? Yes, you will get up to 2 months from your enrollment date during which you need to take your assessment. The assessment will always be available inside your classroom during the two months duration of your learning journey. How can I take the final assessment? Please follow the below instructions to take your assessment: 1- Login to your classroom 2- Open the course that you enrolled in 3- Scroll down to the final assessment module and click on it then click on the final assessment lesson 4- Click on Start Assessment 5- Fill in the application, if you haven’t already when you first enrolled, then click on “start assessment” 6- Click on “Book Assessment” then choose the language of your assessment and click on “Start Assessment” to get redirected to the assessment page. How many attempts do I have for the final assessment? You will have three attempts per course for the final assessment during the two months duration of the level. Are there any instructions that can assist me in passing the assessment? You will find the instructions inside your classroom in the “Final Assessment” section. How do I know if I am eligible for a certificate? You need to pass the final assessment, within two months from your enrollment date, with a minimum percentage of 70% (70% of the technical questions and 70% of the freelancing questions) to be eligible for the certificate of completion. Are there any required documents to receive my certificate? No documents required. Once you are eligible for the certificate, you will be able to issue your certificate. How will my name be displayed on the certificate? Certificates will be issued based on the names provided in your classroom, you can still edit your name if you wish from your classroom settings. Please make sure that your first name and last name in your classroom settings are similar to what you want to see on the certificate because your displayed certificate name won't be changeable after graduation. Can I get a hard copy of my certificate? Udacity only provides graduates with a soft copy of the certificate. However, you can download and print your certificate if you want.
